“What a great way to start the new year, I created this incredible panorama on 1st January 2015 after first scouting the location 2 years earlier (but without any luck with the Pohutukawas flowers both then & the year after!) I finally managed to time it right when this normally popular cove was all but empty, the weather was great & the trees were at their best! Sensational structure with the weeping Pohutukawas, it stands out as my favourite Pohutukawa image that I've ever captured!"
