"Days Gone By"

“I was captivated by this woolshed when I stumbled across it a few days earlier, but the light had been too flat & dull to do it justice. But fresh snow was forecast, which I knew would be great. So I sat out the weather & returned on this brilliant morning. And as luck would have it, there were a couple of tin sheets missing from the roof, so what appears to be skylights, is actually the early morning sun streaming in from the opposite side. Without that hole in the roof, it would've been too dark, but it all worked out for me!"

Equipment: 60Mp Phase One DB + Mamiya AFD 645 + 45mm lens

Exposure: 1/6 sec @ f16 ISO 400

Location: near Lindis Pass

Limited Edition: 50 prints (total all sizes), individually numbered, personally signed & certified

Year of Release: 2010

Printer: Peter personally prints all his 100% cotton-rag paper & archival canvas on an HP Z9+ PS printer (9 colour "Vivera" archival pigment inkset, giclée process)

Print Permanence: >250 years indoors (paper & canvas prints), as tested on HP Z9+ printer by Wilhelm Research Institute, California http://www.wilhelm-research.com/hp/Z9.html
