Peter's World

"Aotea Nikau"

Part of a new range of sepia prints which I've created to evoke a nostalgic feeling, with subtle tones & vintage style framing. Available on metallic canvas which is created from an optimal blend of metallic, silver & pearlescent surface finishes to portray exceptional detail. I love it!

"Spending a week on Great Barrier after an absence of nearly 30 years, I was eager to explore every nook & cranny! And it didn't disappoint, it's a fascinating island with many unique features, including its own sub species of nikau palm (with a more slender trunk & drooping fronds when young, these reminded me of kentia palms). This composition was a natural choice for my sepia metallic range, as it elevates the crisp details & textures to another level."

“When Peter delivered our pieces, we couldn't believe the incredible detail. The images on his website - impressive as they are - really didn't do our prints justice!“
