"A Perfect Winter"
“I was stunned by this scene early morning, but the low winter sun was glaring through my lens...I continued on my journey, but then decided to backtrack & try the afternoon light. I waited a couple of hours for the sun to get in the right position & for just a few minutes, it was forced through a gap in some pine trees, creating this arc of light around the edge of the lake. It was perfect timing, though patience played a big part!”
