"A Perfect Winter"
“I was stunned by this scene early morning, but the low winter sun was glaring through my lens...I continued on my journey, but then decided to backtrack and try the afternoon light. I waited a couple of hours for the sun to get in the right position and for just a few minutes, it was forced through a gap in some pine trees, creating this arc of light around the edge of the lake. It was perfect timing, though patience played a big part!”
