"Tawhiti Te Henga"
“The Bethells Te Henga walkway traverses spectacular coastline between Bethells & Muriwai beaches. On this day the clouds had been forecast to clear, but they remained persistent & I decided I would try again the following day. But I waited a little longer to see what might happen...a small window in the cloud slowly opened & allowed the sunlight to bathe a warm glow over the beautiful coastal forest, rich with Pohutukawa blossom.”
